Started the day by adding a lemon cream cheese frosting to the carrot cake I baked last night. Experiencing a bit of a sugar rush after being forced to undertake quality test on the frosting mmmmm! Thus is one of the fab recipes you learn on the cert course at Bettys cookery school. Highly recommended and a great bake to have in your repertoire.

Definitely going to have to get a life despite spending the whole weekend baking I decided to recreate the carrot cake recipe from the cert course at Bettys cookery school. Here is it rather naked awaiting the frosting tomorrow morning.
